How do I return an item?
Our goal at Price-Davis is to deliver quality products at a value to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department within 15 days of delivery so we can assist you with your return.
Items that are stocked and shipped from Price-Davis that are unused and are in their original packaging may be returned, without a restocking fee, after a Return Authorization number has been assigned by our customer service department. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted for credit. We will provide assistance with scheduling and coordinating the pick-up of the goods being returned. All shipping costs associated with the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Upon inspection of the received goods, we will issue a credit minus any applicable shipping costs. Credits may take up to 60 days depending on the financial institution.
Special order items, equipment, or items drop shipped directly from the manufacturer that are unused and in their original packaging / crating may be returned per the return policy of the respective manufacturer. Items that are defective may also be returned under the manufacturer's return / warranty policy. Please contact a Price-Davis customer service representative as soon as possible to assist with returns to a manufacturer. Manufacturer returns are subject to the manufacturer's restocking fee. All costs associated with returning the goods to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer. As soon as the item has been received, inspected and credit issued, we will issue the customer's credit minus any restocking fees and applicable shipping costs. Credits may take up to 60 days depending on the financial institution.
Items received in error will not be assessed any restocking fees or additional shipping costs to remedy the error.
